TRAC IT Networked Payment Systems:
TRAC AddValue Station: This networked device can be wall or table mounted, or can be combined with a free standing base. User can add money to their online account which can be used for printing, photocopying or anywhere the TRAC IT POS is implemented. Funds can be added with bills, coins, credit, and debit cards.
TRAC TCTS2 Copier Controller: Our networked copier controller allows you to use your existing cards – whether they have barcode, magnetic stripe, or both – and charge users or departments for copies. This allows patrons to use an online account which can be tied to your Library Management System using either an API or SIP2 connection. Alternatively, it can also be configured to operate as a standalone system using our own TRAC IT Commerce software.
TRACIT POS & ePOS: Both the POS and the ePOS are complete point of sale systems which allow implementation in any and all areas of commerce in your library. It also integrates with your Library Management System to enable you to clear fines and handle cash transactions at your circulation desk.
Integrated MFP's & Multi Function Printers:
Lexmark iMFP: TRACSYSTEMS has partnered with both Pharos Systems and Lexmark International to bring you the Lexmark iMFP (integrated multi-function printer). This device allows users to release print jobs, scan, fax, and copy without requiring a PC release station. Ask yours salesperson about setting up a demonstration of this space-saving device.
Cartadis Stored Value Card Systems:
Cartadis DRC4 Dispenser Revaluator: This secure and reliable wall-mounted unit is a stored value card dispenser and revaluation station. This device accepts bills to vend new cards or to add value to previously dispensed cards. The heavy gauge steel used on this box provides excellent security for both attended and self-service locations.
Cartadis TC11N: The Cartadis TC11N is a stored value card reader designed to connect to any make of copier, printer, or microform duplicator/readers. Users with prepaid cards can make copies until the value balance stored on their card has been depleted.
Cartadis TC4N: The Cartadis TC4N has similar features to the TC11N with the addition of an onboard memory system. This allows for managed accounts that staff and faculty have access to, while still allowing student to make copies at the same machines.
Cartadis TCRS: The Cartadis TCRS utilizes a RS232 serial connection and allows stored value cards to be used with print management software including Pharos Uniprint, Pcounter, Envisionware LPT:One, PaperCut, OCS, and VendPrint.
Cartadis Copicode IP: The Cartadis Copicode IP networked device is an excellent option to control networked MFP’s for both copy and print. It has additional features for back office use, making it an exceptional control device for staff and faculty copiers, printers, and multifunction machines as well.
Cartadis TDA2: This module allows the vending machines around your library to also accept stored value cards as a means of payment. Utilizing the TDA2 helps minimize the problems typically associated with cash handling, such as vandalism, cash collection, counting, and more.
