When necessary, a TRACSYSTEMS Technician can temporarily connect to your computer remotely via LogMeIn® Rescue. To request a Live Remote Session, please contact the TRACSYSTEMS Technical Support Team. After determining a remote session is required, a technician will give you a PIN code to enter below. Typically, you will need to be at the computer that our technician will need to connect to. However, it is possible to initiate a connection through your computer if you have administrative access via Windows Remote Desktop or another remote administration tool to the affected machine. LogMeIn® sessions connect securely via 256 SSL encryption and uninstalls after support for enhanced security.
