Once you have been given a PIN code, please initiate the connection from the computer that you need assistance with. Initiating a connection from a different computer is acceptable if you have administrative access via Windows Remote Desktop (RDP) or another remote administration tool to the server/affected machine. Please make sure you are logged on as an administrator prior to initiating a connection.
