The TRACSYSTEMS AVSII Add Value Station is a networked, self-serve kiosk designed to create virtual or deposit accounts in leading print and copy management software. Virtual accounts are used by library patrons and students to pay for printing and copying services. The AVSII can be customized to scan barcode ID cards, read magnetic stripe ID cards and proximity/smartcards. For payment options, the AVSII can be configured to accept coin, bill, credit card, or any combination of the three. Visitor card dispenser and receipt printer options are also available.
The AVSII is designed and manufactured by TRACSYSTEMS at our Addison, Texas-based headquarters. It has been designed in a modular fashion to future-proof your authentication and payment options, as well as to make diagnostics simple. The AVSII runs on the proprietary TRACSYSTEMS Commnet software that will send email alerts to appropriate staff when network connection is lost or cash collections are made. Full reporting package is also included for collection accounting and reconciliation .
